Join us on Friday, January 26, 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. CT(11 a.m. PT/ 12 p.m. MT/ 2 p.m. ET) for live webinar, presented by Caitlyn DiCola, BS, BSN, RN, CCRN, SCRN. The webinar is geared towards students and new graduates, and will focus on the importance and benefits of a career in neuroscience nursing.

Learning Outcomes: 

  1. Define what it means to be a neuroscience nurse.
  2. Describe the global burden of neurological disease.
  3. Interpret the projected role of nurses in the achievement of health equity and health outcomes as it relates to neurological disease in the United States.
  4. Appraise the current contributions of AANN as it relates to nurses and the neuroscience community.
  5. Illustrate why nurses choose to practice in the neuroscience specialty.
